EURODYN 2014
9th International Conference on Structural Dynamics
30 June – 2 July 2014
Porto, Portugal
The European Association for Structural Dynamics (EASD) and the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) are pleased to announce that the Ninth International Conference on Structural Dynamics EURODYN 2014 will be held in Porto, Portugal, from 30 June to 2 July 2014.
The eight previous conferences in the series were held in Bochum (1990), Trondheim (1993), Florence (1996), Prague (1999), Munich (2002), Paris (2005), Southampton (2008) and Leuven (2011).
Owing to the success of these events, and in particular of the last one in Leuven, EURODYN has naturally become a key conference in Structural Dynamics, reflecting not only the state-of-the-art in that field, but also addressing industrial developments and applications.
The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), in connection with EASD, invites you to participate in EURODYN 2014.

11th International Fatigue Congress 2014
SUNDAY, 2 MARCH 2014 TO FRIDAY, 7 MARCH 2014
The Fatigue 2014 Congress will be the eleventh in a series of international congresses held since 1981 covering all aspects of fatigue of materials, components, vehicles and structures. The Congress will be held at the world-renowned Melbourne Cricket Ground. All papers will be reviewed and published, and will be available at the Congress.
Melbourne is a centre for many of Australia’s leading engineering and scientific industries, as well as world class scientific research organisations. The Congress will allow opportunities for delegates and students to forge links with these organisations.
Melbourne ranked first out of a list of 140 cities in the 2011 Global Liveability Survey, and has been selected as the World’s Most Liveable City three times since 2002. It provides the perfect location from which you can explore Australia and New Zealand, as well as major attractions such as the Great Ocean Road, Yarra Valley wineries, Phillip Island. Melbourne provides a wide range of accommodation, covering all price ranges, and the conference committee intends to promote opportunities for student attendance by identifying affordable accommodation. The committee will also help delegates who wish to extend their conference attendance to allow visits to the many outstanding attractions in Australia and New Zealand, as well as local attractions.
